This package also includes nutrition and lifestyle analysis along with educational documents and health and lifestyle recommendations to enable you to progress on your own accord. The bronze package is a health and nutrition only package but it can be linked with the training only programme to provide a more comprehensive plan.
The silver programme is aimed at those who want to make habitual changes to their nutritional practices, improving both their health and performance.
Included within the Silver package is a comprehensive, initial 1-2-1 consultation. Feedback on current dietary practice is given following food diary analysis and detailed recommendations on future practice is given. Support through email correspondence is given throughout to support you through your development.

The gold package is our most comprehensive nutrition programme. This is ideal for someone with clear goals within their sport they want to achieve through nutritional support, who will be dedicated to the programme.
Included within this monthly package is a comprehensive 1-2-1 consultation. During this consultation you will receive feedback on current nutritional practices and complete an accurate food diary. Through this we can full analyse your dietary intake and give accurate recommendations on future dietary practices and supplementation strategies that will enable yo to progress towards your goal. The greatest results can be seen when using the gold package with the weekly support from our coaches, enabling you to progress further in the time available.

The training plan is designed for individuals who have purchased any of the Nutrition Programmes and are looking to supplement their health education with training advice. It is also suitable for individuals who solely require advice on physical exercise training to help them achieve their goals. This is suitable for all individuals as the programmes are designed specifically with personal goals in mind. The training plan can be purchased as a one off payment for a 1 month plan, this will include the rationale behind the programme and the developments throughout.
