Yes. These plans are tailored to your specific needs and takes into account both, your access to facilities and your current level of fitness. However, certain goals agreed by both the coach and client may benefit from the use of certain equipment.
No. These plans are personalised to any age group. However, any potential client under the age of 18 will need parental approval prior to undertaking a health plan.
Yes. All individuals will require specific health, nutrition and training needs, so these plans are specifically tailored to your personal requirements. This will be determined by the assessment questionnaires provided prior to the start of the program.
Maybe. Equipment needed will be determined by your responses in the initial client assessment questionnaire, as the need for specific equipment will be determined by your initial health and fitness goals. Equipment needed may change as you progress and set new goals.
Payment for your programme can be made by an initial payment through Paypal using a debit or credit card. Further monthly subscription payments for silver and gold memberships will be made by direct debit for a minimum of 3 months until you decide that you no longer require our help.
These plans are NOT like other health and fitness plans taken off the internet or from dieting magazines, these are specifically designed with your needs in mind and can be further adapted as your progress or your needs change.
