ARE THESE PLANS SUITABLE FOR NON GYM GOERS?

Yes. These plans are tailored to your specific needs and takes into account both, your access to facilities and your current level of fitness. However, certain goals agreed by both the coach and client may benefit from the use of certain equipment.

ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITATIONS?

No. These plans are personalised to any age group. However, any potential client under the age of 18 will need parental approval prior to undertaking a health plan.

CAN THE PROGRAMS BE TAILORED TO BOTH MEN AND WOMEN?

Yes. All individuals will require specific health, nutrition and training needs, so these plans are specifically tailored to your personal requirements. This will be determined by the assessment questionnaires provided prior to the start of the program.

IS THERE A NEED FOR SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT?

Maybe. Equipment needed will be determined by your responses in the initial client assessment questionnaire, as the need for specific equipment will be determined by your initial health and fitness goals. Equipment needed may change as you progress and set new goals.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Payment for your programme can be made by an initial payment through Paypal using a debit or credit card. Further monthly subscription payments for silver and gold memberships will be made by direct debit for a minimum of 3 months until you decide that you no longer require our help.

HOW ARE THESE PLANS DIFFERENT TO OTHER HEALTH AND FITNESS PLANS?

These plans are NOT like other health and fitness plans taken off the internet or from dieting magazines, these are specifically designed with your needs in mind and can be further adapted as your progress or your needs change. HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

Health always underpins the programmes that are designed for you. This means that we DO NOT endorse crash diets or any other unethical programmes. These programmes are about developing and educating you on your lifestyle choices that are needed to achieve your set goals.

Sticking rigorously to your plan will help you achieve your goals faster and make you feel more confident about your progress through the programme.
